How should I prep for my lash or PMU appointment? +
Keep the area clean and dry, or apply aquaphor as instructed; avoid heavy sweating, swimming, and direct sun, and don’t pick as it flakes. You’ll receive full written aftercare at your appointment.
Does permanent makeup hurt, and how long does it last? +
With gentle care, a set stays full for about two to three weeks. Keep them dry for the first few hours, cleanse daily with a lash-safe foam, and avoid oil-based products and makeup near the eyes.
How do I care for my brows, lips, or liner while they heal? +
Keep the area clean and dry, avoid heavy sweating, swimming, and direct sun, and don't pick as it flakes. You'll receive full written aftercare at your appointment.
How long do lash extensions last between fills? +
With gentle care, a set stays full for about two to three weeks. Keep them dry for the first 24 hours, cleanse daily with a lash-safe foam, and avoid oil-based products near the eyes.
Is welded permanent jewelry safe, and can it be removed? +
The weld is quick, painless, and done safely away from your skin. There's no clasp, but the chain can be gently snipped anytime and re-welded at a future visit.
What's your cancellation policy? +
A nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward your final balance. Appointments may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice and no-shows will forfeit the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book again. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to shorten or reschedule their appointment depending on the service.
